WHO WE ARE

The Roya Project is a visionary charitable initiative founded by Roya and Nicki Bull Bisgaard, aimed at rescuing and empowering the most vulnerable children in select developing countries through innovative and compassionate approaches.

 

Rooted in a deep commitment to social justice, education, and technology, The Roya Project is poised to make a transformative impact on the lives of underprivileged children, starting in Kenya.

The name "Roya" carries significant meaning, derived from the Arabic or Persian word 'royâ,' which translates to 'dream' or 'vision.’ It encapsulates our core belief that every child deserves the opportunity to dream of a better future and the chance to realize that vision.

Our project is driven by the idea that by nurturing the dreams and potential of these children, we can help create a brighter, more equitable world.

Registered in Norway as a charitable organization and a member of KNIF (association of Christian organisations of Norway).
